ARCHITECTURE A wide domain of activity with multiple implications, architecture represents the synthesis of each individual element that composes it: Structure, services, functionality, form and its symbolism, context, light, interior and exterior circulation, etc. Our process seeks to refine the sum of these parameters and reveal emotion beyond that which is built.

OBJECTIVE Our theoretical approach is complemented by our strong commitment to our clients as well as the broader public domain which we serve. A personalized service combined with a respect for financial resources and time constraints characterize our client relationships. The analysis and integration of the client and the future user’s needs from conception creates a dialogue that is pursued throughout the entire design process.

CONTEXT Convinced of the importance of responsible design that is respectful of context and its environment, our approach is characterized by a continual reassessment, a process of reinvention that generates a refined solution to the problem posed. The needs and preoccupations of a population shapes architecture as much as the cultural, environmental and climatic context of the place in which it exists. The quality of our environment has a direct influence on the quality of our lives; as a consequence our society has sought ecological awareness – thus the emergence of sustainable design. In light of this, environmental awareness has become an integral part of our practice and a process that is continually evolving in anticipation of the challenges of the coming years.

METHODOLOGY The spread and diversity of our commissions make flexibility and versatility essential qualities of each collaborator within our structure. Every new challenge is addressed in a reactive manner complementary to our team. Our office structure encourages each individual to have a critical eye throughout the development of each project. Interaction and teamwork are promoted throughout all aspects of our work. Collaboration with experts; engineers, designers, landscape architects and artists is initiated from the early design stages. This generates a collaborative design environment that enriches the architectural design and deepens our own knowledge.

DIVERSITY OF SCALE Passionate about architecture of all forms, we have the opportunity to undertake the design and realization of buildings of very different sizes, ranging from a neighborhood of 120 apartments, a school complex for 650 students, to the interior refurbishment of a prestigious restaurant. Whether a hotel or a handrail, the pursuit of excellence remains at the heart of our approach to design, construction and detail.

DIVERSITY OF THEMES Each new project implies the analysis and discovery of new themes, of their identity and of their constraints; as such we look forward to enriching our built heritage as much as our own specific knowledge. Schooling; hospitality; specialized retail; private or communal housing and serviced apartments; industry; transport; sport and recreation; public or private institutions; theatre and culture facilities are all themes studied by our practice that enrich our knowledge base and our ability to take on new challenges.
